What information can a buyer see?
Buyers see the vehicle and listing information needed to make an informed decision. Personal details and sensitive documents are not made public.
Selling a car
What happens if my car does not sell?
If the reserve is not met, your car will be relisted without starting the whole process again, free of charge. We’ll explain the available next step after the auction.
Can I sell more than one car?
Listing limits are designed to keep the exchange focused on private sellers rather than dealers. Contact us if you have a specific situation to discuss.
What if there is outstanding finance?
Tell us before listing. Any outstanding finance needs to be dealt with as part of the sale, and the remaining sale funds are handled after the vehicle transaction is completed.
What does it cost to list?
The current listing fee is £186. Any optional promotional costs are shown during the seller application before you submit.
Protection and support
Is a warranty included?
Completed sales include the advertised Handler warranty protection for three months from vehicle collection. A full description of what is covered is available on our warranty page. Additional cover may be available; contact us to discuss extending it.
